Paris tips?

This is shaping up to be a busy fall for me–I’m going to be heading off for a short trip to France next month. We’ll be mainly in Paris and that area.

If any of you have been there before, I’d love to hear tips of less obvious must-see places and things, as well as restaurant suggestions!

  1. You need to go to the saint paul area it’s really nice there I love it it’s like a little village 🙂 (a very busy little village but still very pleasant ;p) From there you can stay on rue de rivoli and walk to the Concorde and the Garden Tuileries, it’s a 30 min walk with lots of shops on the side.
There is a great american dinner at St Paul called “Breakfast in America” that I always go to, their pancakes are enormous ! For when you get tired of eating chocolate croissants :p I could write an entire post on resturants and food you should taste while you’re there lol !! Have a nice trip !!

PS : I read the few excerpts of “the way we fall” on you blog and can’t wait to read it now!! It’s been on my wishlist for a while do you know if the release date in the UK/Europe will be different from the US one ?

    • Thank you for the tips! (Sorry I didn’t respond earlier, but I’ve actually just gotten back from France.) And great to hear that you’re looking forward to THE WAY WE FALL! 🙂

I’m not sure about the Europe release dates. So far it hasn’t been picked up by a UK publisher, so the US version will probably be available online there around the same time as it’s released here. The German/Italian/etc. editions I haven’t heard, but will definitely be posting when I do.
