Pricing (book + shipping):

In Canada – $12
To the US – $18
Internationally – $21 (surface mail, may take several weeks) or $28 (letter mail, should get just about anywhere within a week).

(Keep in mind that I’m in Canada, which is why Canadian pricing is lower than US.)

I can offer a lower price per book to the US and internationally if you want more than one or order with a local friend, since the shipping is the main cost, so feel free to ask about that.

How to order:

Email me with the following information:
1) Which book(s) you want?
2) How many copies (of each, if ordering both)?
3) Where are you located?
4) How will you be paying (Paypal or check)?
5) Would you like the books personalized, and if so, do who? (Include multiple notes for each book if ordering more than one.)

I’ll send you an invoice ASAP. That’s all there is to it!
