It is a very sad thing that I find this bio harder to write than a novel.

I made my first attempts at writing novels in my teen years, and at the same time discovered many books I still love today. Maybe because of that, most of my stories are aimed at young adults. I enjoy the freedom of fantasy, the strangeness of the supernatural, and the possibilities of science fiction, so most of my novels fall into one (or more!) of those categories.
I majored in psychology at York University, with generous helpings of English and history on the side. I'm fascinated by ancient civilizations, myths and folklore, and urban legends. |
